QCTO Occupational Certificate: Real Estate Agent
This qualification is aimed at preparing you to operate as a Real Estate Agent within the property sector. The programme equips you with the knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience required to facilitate property transactions ethically and professionally, in line with South African property legislation.

- External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA)
Eligibility requirements for the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA):
The EISA is administered by the QCTO. In order to qualify for the EISA, learners must submit a completed and signed Statement of Work Experience as well as proof of successful completion of the Knowledge Modules and Practical Skill Modules.
Type of certificate awarded:
Upon successful completion of the EISA, students will be awarded the Occupational Certificate: Real Estate Agent by the QCTO.
